More than 30 awards for PIAP in 2016

A ceremonial meeting devoted to the winning of 2016 awards by the PIAP Institute was held in the PIAP’s Conference Centre on December 20. The meeting presented the rewarded projects and their authors.

The meeting was chaired by Mr Piotr Szynkarczyk, the Director of the Institute. Aleksandra Szwed, a director from the Regional Development and European Funds Department of the Marshall Office was a special guest. She conveyed a letter of congratulations to PIAP from the Mr Adam Struzik, the Mazovian Province Marshall. 

Among more than 30 awards, medals and diplomas there were prestigious Polish and international rewards highlighting the aspect of innovativeness, including an award from the “Polish Product of the Future 2016” contest for robotized hybrid welding station Plazma-MIG/MAG, the “Border Guard Laurel” from the Commander in Chief of the Polish Border Guard for Tactical Projected Robot TRM©, and a diploma from the Minister of Science and Academic Education for outstanding activity in promotion of Polish science and for excellent inventive achievements on the international scene.   

During the meeting, Mr Piotr Szynkarczyk, the Director, read out a letter from the Director of the National R&D Centre, Prof. Eng. Maciej Chorowski, Sc.D.
