Stay up to date with automation

During the forthcoming AUTOMATICON Fair ŁUKASIEWICZ – PIAP Institute will join forces with KUKA company and together will be presenting the latest solutions for manufacturing automation and many more.

In less than three weeks, as every year, the Warsaw EXPO XXI Centre will gather hundreds of exhibitors and visitors at the AUTOMATICON International Fair for Industrial Automation. During this year’s edition, which will take place in a new formula, cut short to three days, Łukasiewicz – PIAP Institute will join forces with KUKA company. Together they will showcase many market novelties, interesting solutions in industrial automation, as well as numerous attractive and also surprising shows.

At the joint exhibition stand of Łukasiewicz – PIAP Institute and KUKA visitors will have a chance to see two work cells aimed to demonstrate the capabilities of KUKA robots. The first one is the work cell with the KR Agilus robot. The demonstration stand will simulate parts loading and unloading for a CNC machine. The stand is equipped with a robotic work cell and a machine tool module with a Sinumerik control panel. With KUKA.CNC technology software package robots can be programmed using G code or DIN 66025 code and can carry out the machining tasks just like machine tools. Users can easily create programs using the CAD/CAM package. If the simulation results are correct programs may be further processed without converting into robot specific languages. The collaborative and sensitive LBR iiwa robot, which will be operating in the second work cell will once again surprise the visitors by offering them cold drinks all by itself. This model ushered in a new era in industrial robotics, as a basis for implementation of modern production processes. It ensures very close, precise and efficient cooperation between man and machine.

We invite you to visit our stand no. A-12 / B-11 in hall 1, where you will have an opportunity to get acquainted with our modern solutions and applications, and also to talk to our representatives.

We also encourage you to participate in seminars with our experts, which will take place on Wednesday, March 18 at hall B. At 13.00 Mr Marek Petz will give a lecture on the latest developments in robotic welding and experiences of Łukasiewicz – PIAP Institute in this regards, and at 13.25 Mr Krzysztof Trzcinka will discuss selected issues on electromagnetic compatibility tests and environmental tests.
