Implementation of the ‘Technological Partnership’ system in Poland

Program name: Sectoral Operating Program ‘Improvement of competitiveness of companies’, Action 1.1.2: Support for institutions and networks in the business environment’

Project implementation timeframe: 01/01/2005 –  30/06/2007

Project purposes: The purpose of the project was to implement a new, unique in Poland, consulting service for companies (particularly SMEs) facilitating access to advanced technologies applied in their business sectors.
The project was the second step in the logical sequence of commissioning of the ‘Technology Partnership’ in Poland.

The pilot implementation of the ‘Technology Partnership Poland’ project revealed that Polish SMEs were increasingly interested in access to advanced technologies applied globally but had no methods in place to reach these technological solutions.

The implementation of the project was aimed to ‘clear’ channels of knowledge sharing and improve awareness of necessity of finding and implementing state-of-the-art technological solutions by Polish companies so that they can face increasing competition on their markets.
